Dear Rosie
On behalf of our little family we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts on obtaining the visa for Nitesh and Rahul.
Your guidance from day one and sincere honesty is what drew us to you
Working along side you has been so easy
I still remember when we first got the ball rolling you sent me a long list of things I had to complete which looked daunting to say the least
However your patience and guidance made it so much easier
The fact I was moving to a different country and had so many things to sort out was mind boggling but you made sure the stress of getting the visa for my husband and son were one less thing for me to worry about
It was a tough case for my husband however you believed in us and that’s all that mattered to us
Thank you again for everything you did to work with us and succeed

Rosie Hobhouse assisted me in my recent application for NZ residency. She made the process as straightforward as possible for me, explaining very clearly exactly what documents and evidences were required and providing me with tips and suggestions. She collated my haphazard documents into an organised file and dealt with any queries I had quickly and helpfully.
I cannot recommend Rosie Hobhouse highly enough.

The visa process loomed like an A level Chemistry exam that I was never going to pass without some serious tutoring!
From the moment that Rosie answered my very first call for help, I felt my “visa terrors” ease away!
Rosie is personal (in a good way), thorough in her questioning (not in a nosy way) and treated me as an equal making me laugh out loud regularly (something that thankfully continued every time we spoke on the phone).
Professional, knowledgeable, sensitive, patient, always available… Rosie is all of these.
She made me feel completely at ease with my “visa journey” and emigration process.
Without Rosie’s help I would certainly be looking to re-sit my “exam”!
I totally recommend Rosie’s services.

Well what can I say. Rosie has been brilliant in every aspect of me getting my Partnership Visa. We had been struggling to get my NZ Citizen partner of six years a Visa to the UK. At one point I didn’t think it was possible for me to be re-united with him after several visa declines. I was in the UK and he was in Australia. Our daughter was missing him. I contacted Rosie in desperation to help me get to NZ when we changed plans. Rosie returned my phone call and strongly believed in our case after listening to our story. I could have cried and she has been like that throughout the whole process. With me being pregnant with my second child it was just one thing less thing to stress about as Rosie explaining in depth everything we needed and been on our case to get it.Whatever she said to Immigration when we submitted the application it worked. immigration personally contacted us within a week to tell us the good news about our visa. We had our visa in 7 days and not the normal 3 months it takes to process. Rosie had obviously made quite the impression on them.Just want to Thank you again Rosie, our family will be re-united again after 2 1/2 years and its all down to you. We will be forever grateful.
Words fail me when it comes to expressing our appreciation and gratitude for all that Rosie did for us in obtaining our SMC Visa.
The journey was far from straightforward, with many tears shed and many laughs shared, but your belief in me was what carried me through. Your professionalism and knowledge of the process were a source of great strength, your sensitivity, honesty and patience kept my hope alive, especially when I doubted myself and the outcome. Rosie always made herself available to us, either at the end of the phone or an email away, there was never a waiting period when we needed some news (which was often in my case, the waiting was agonising).
I do not believe we would be starting our new chapter of our lives in NZ if we had attempted this on our own and I could not have asked for a better Immigration lawyer to walk this journey with me. My case was unique, it was as we felt “impossible” to achieve, but Rosie performed what we know was a miracle. Rosie, you will always have a special place in our lives and we cannot recommend you highly enough!
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

What I thought was going to be a relatively simple application for a work visa turned complicated and I honestly do not believe that I would have been able to navigate it successfully without Rosie’s help. She has so much experience and knowledge to offer and I really appreciated her honesty regarding the specifics of my situation, which were by no means straight forward. She is down to earth, supportive and brings calm and clarity to what can feel like an overwhelming process. Rosie’s guidance helped me put together the very best application I could and I was pleasantly shocked when my visa was granted within 3 weeks of submission rather than the anticipated 3 months! Thanks for everything Rosie, you really did make all the difference.

It’s been a while since we’ve been in touch (you helped me apply for a special visitor visa for NZ in early 2018). I’ve just been granted a partner of a resident visa (after a two year work visa as you advised us below). I have a job in my specialist field, Amber’s research is going really well and our daughter sings Maori rhymes. Our life here is really taking shape.
Thank you so much for your help. You expert advice in guiding us through the application process and the associated bureaucracy was invaluable.

‘Emigrating to another country with family can a be daunting prospect. In my view, having an immigration advisor is essential to make the journey as smooth as possible. My family and I decided to emigrate to New Zealand and our Immigration Advisor, Rosemary, has been fabulous throughout the entire process. She was diligent, conscientious and efficient in her approach and always kept me up to date with how our application was progressing. She was always available for help and advice to alleviate any concerns I had. I don’t know how I could have don’t it without her. Thank you Rosemary!’
